Diese Erkenntnis beleuchtet das Projekt &#8222;Crossing Borders &#8211; Geschichten \u00fcber Zuwanderung und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit&#8220;. Beginnend am Samstag, 7. November 2026 (<em>Vernissage 14 bis 16 Uhr<\/em>), werden vier Monate lang Portr\u00e4ts im Au\u00dfenbereich am Zaun und im Treppenhaus des Freiburger Museums f\u00fcr neue Kunst zu sehen sein. Das Projekt mit Fotos, Videos und Texten entstand in Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit Migrationsgeschichte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seit 2015 hat sich die Stimmung in Deutschland grundlegend ge\u00e4ndert. Zugewanderte und Gefl\u00fcchtete sind aus vielf\u00e4ltigen Gr\u00fcnden (Anschl\u00e4ge, \u00fcberforderte Infrastruktur, gezielte Hetz-Kampagnen im Netz) zu \u201eS\u00fcndenb\u00f6cken\u201c geworden. Die sogenannte \u201eFl\u00fcchtlingskrise\u201c hat der AfD ihr Thema beschert.\u00a0 Durch Kampagnen in den sozialen Medien und weitere mediale Unterst\u00fctzung ist das Narrativ vom gewaltt\u00e4tigen, in unser Sozialsystem eingewanderten Migranten, der unser Stadtbild st\u00f6rt und abgeschoben geh\u00f6rt, in die Mitte der Gesellschaft gewandert.<\/p>\n<p>Gegen dieses menschenverachtende Narrativ m\u00f6chten die Ausstellungsmachenden Geschichten \u00fcber Zuwanderung und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit setzen. Denn sie sind \u00fcberzeugt: Wer mehr voneinander wei\u00df, begegnet sich anders. Wissen schafft Verst\u00e4ndnis &#8211; und Respekt. So sind nach Workshops mit zugewanderten Menschen (erste oder zweite Generation) und vielen Gespr\u00e4chen in den letzten Monaten spannende Fotos, Videos und Texte entstanden &#8211; die ab dem 7. November \u00f6ffentlichkeitswirksam gezeigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zusammenarbeit brachte auch die Erkenntnis mit sich, wie sich im letzten Jahr der Diskurs weiter versch\u00e4rft hat und vielen Menschen zunehmend Angst macht. Auch der Mut, sich in einem Fotoprojekt \u00f6ffentlich zu zeigen und die eigene Geschichte zu teilen, ist einigen verst\u00e4ndlicherweise abhandengekommen.
